The Covington Community Foundation is hosting its 60^th semi-annual Family Night event on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the Beef House Banquet Hall. Doors will open at 4:30 and the show will begin at 5:15 p.m.

Family Night includes a meal from the Beef House and on this evening, a show titled, “Air: The Invisible Wonder” presented by mobile ed productions. In this exciting and educational show, Mobile Ed’s scientists have incorporated everything from air cannons to windbags, frisbees, and even a working hovercraft. Students learn about atmospheric pressure, low and high-pressure zones, and even the application of air pressure to the science of flight. This show will fill students with a new appreciation of the air we breathe and leave them excited by the possibilities of science.
